A Matterport scan captures your space to the millimeter. Every drawing after this one is built on measured reality instead of an assumption. -

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
A complete bid set your contractor can price and build from. Clear drawings prevent change orders, which is the least glamorous and most valuable thing we do.

Furniture, fixtures, and equipment chosen for how you actually live, alongside the pieces you already own and want to keep.

FF&E PROCUREMENT
In house. We place every purchase order, track every lead time, and handle any back-orders. We also coordinate receiving, white-glove delivery, and installation, so the first time you see a piece is when it is already in place.
