Discovery & Alignment
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, scope, budget, and timeline, establishing a clear foundation for the project.
Design Development
Through site visits, detailed measurements, and in-depth discussions, we develop a strong understanding of the space and its intended use. We translate this into curated design concepts, including inspiration boards, space planning, and material direction — refined collaboratively through presentations and feedback.
Documentation, Coordination & Permitting
Once the design direction is approved, we produce comprehensive construction and technical drawings, including plans, elevations, and specifications. We work closely with contractors, fabricators, and vendors to ensure alignment, clarity, and seamless execution. If your project needs a permit, we handle the submittal process working directly with the city or jurisdiction to get your project stamped and approved.
Procurement & Project Management
We manage sourcing, purchasing, and logistics, coordinating with trusted partners and receiving teams to oversee all furnishings and materials in preparation for installation.
Construction Administration
Throughout the build-out, we remain actively involved — collaborating with contractors, reviewing progress, and addressing site conditions to ensure the design intent is carried through with precision.
Installation & Completion
Our team oversees final delivery and installation, carefully styling and detailing each space to completion. The result is a cohesive, elevated environment — delivered with care, clarity, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
